Dear Advancing Ones:
I am back from Hong Kong and still amazed at all the Lord did there. I am so thankful for your partnership with this ministry, and how you are paving a way for the Apostolic Church to arise from nation to nation. The Lord has opened so many effectual doors to us in ways that are sometimes hard to imagine, and I can only praise and honor Him for His faithfulness in all things. Although our finances are tight, by God’s grace we are continuing to press through. We have received gifts from many of you to end the year strong, and also know that many of you are preparing a special donation to break open the new year ahead. We pray over every gift we receive, and are declaring that this is your season of Divine Breakthrough! If you would like to give at this time you can donate online, by calling our office at 1-888-965-1099 or 1-940-382-7231, or by postal mailing your donation to Glory of Zion, PO Box 1601, Denton TX 76202.

Earning a Grade or Learning Your Lesson?
In all my extensive academic history, I was always driven for that perfect 4.0 average, and usually achieved it. During the days when I was in school, one recurring nightmare I had was signing up for a class and then forgetting to go, not realizing it until it was too late to drop the class, resulting in a failing grade on my record. I would have been devastated if that happened. I had a short dream this morning with a few seemingly random scenarios, one of which was that I had forgotten to do a couple of assignments in an English class. In the dream, I was sickened when I realized this would drop my grade down from an A.
Later, I was reading from Jonathan Cahn’s The Book of Mysteries (I do a page daily in addition to my time in the Word). The mystery I was on today was about the disciples being talmidim – learners – and that as Jesus was their Teacher/Rabbi, so He is ours, and every day presents learning opportunities for us to embrace. As Rabbi Cahn was encouraging us to walk continually with an expectation of these lessons, he wrote this sentence - “Don’t miss your classes.” I thought, oh Lord, that was my dream…what are you saying? He said, “Don’t ever let your grade become more important than the lesson I want you to learn.” I repented.
Glad y’all are headed back. I am looking forward to our Head of the Year 5778 Celebration next week. I don’t ever remember a time when the Lord has had us in such intense preparation and change for the year ahead. It’s going to be amazing!
