Dear Friends, Intercessors and Zion Aligned: 

We were so honored in Denton on Thursday night when approximately 10,000 hungry individuals gathered for a touch of His Spirit as Keith Miller hosted a wonderful meeting with Todd Bentley as his guest. I was privileged to welcome all the participants and ministers into our city. When Todd began to minister, he acknowledged that the weight of glory was different in Denton than the other places that he had been.  

I explained that in March, Paul Keith Davis (who was also present) had decreed that something unusual would happen in Denton by September. Glory of Zion International had also completed four months of prayer watches.  Therefore, the Lord was very present. What an honor to have leaders there who wanted to embrace the wind of the Spirit that was blowing.  Dennis Lindsay brought his family and his 94 year mother, Sister Freda Lindsay (wife of Gordon Lindsay, founder of Christ for the Nations) who was also ready to receive the Spirit in a new way. What a blessing to see other ministers like Jack & Lisa Deere, Raz & Bev Robinson, Lawrence Kennedy, Michael Maiden and Greg & Dawn Brown (from Arizona), Peter & Patricia Roselle and Sheryl Price (from New Jersey), Dale & Barbara Wentroble, Jim & Jean Hodges, and many, many more. I watched a generation embrace what was God was doing (as Todd’s presentation reaches a different group) and blend with two other generations who were eager to experience Him.  No man was lifted up and the Presence of God was the emphasis.

One important thing to understand is this: this was not the Lakeland Outpouring. This was a Keith and Janet Miller hosted gathering.  So it was very important to see how Todd, a modern day evangelist, worked with apostolic leadership at the gate of the city in Denton. His humility was great, his testimony was strong, and the manifest presence of God was powerful. Todd has grown greatly in the Lord over the 91 days that he has been ministering at Lakeland.

I think the Lord looks at who is gathering to seek Him in a new way. A concern I have is this—if you refuse to seek God in the way He presents Himself to you, and only choose to seek Him in the way that makes you comfortable, you place yourself in a danger of not growing in grace and discernment.

We are glad that the Lord allowed Denton to experience this meeting and are thankful to all who made the night a reality in Him.

Go THROUGH the GATE! Firstfruits Weekend (July 5-6)
I am really looking forward to this weekend.  Our monthly Firstfruits Gathering is tomorrow (Saturday) night at 7:00 PM.  At that time we will release the Hebraic blessings surrounding the month of Tammuz.  This is the month of the letter CHET in the year of Samekh Chet, and the month to see and establish the brilliance of your righteousness.  There is no registration needed for this gathering, in person or by webcast.  I cannot wait to give all who participate the special gift we have representing this time and month.

After I lead the Power of Lift at 9:00AM, Cindy Jacobs will be ministering during our 10:15 AM service.  We are so excited that Cindy is able to come and be with us.  She always has a fresh word.  Through the years Cindy has been instrumental in releasing prophecies that have helped us in Denton to break through into a new level. 

On the afternoon of Sunday, July 6, we will have our monthly Ministry Training from 2-5 PM.  Robert and Linda Heidler will teach on Deliverance Protocol and Building Your Hedge of Protection: The Holy Spirit and the Ministry of Deliverance.  Robert and Linda have also prepared several activations for you who are in ministry training.  They will also have deliverance teams prepared to minister.  To register, please call (888) 965-1099 or (940) 382-7231.  The cost is $10 per person.  If you would like to join by webcast, you will need to register online via our MP3Store.  The cost is $10.

Issachar School Course: The Heavenly Realms (July 7-8)
Following our Firstfruits Weekend will be our next Issachar School Course, The Heavenly Realms: Worshiping in the Three Heavens.  We must enter a new dimension!  One of the least understood areas in the Body of Christ is the three heavens.  Robert Heidler and I will be joined by psalmists and musicians to teach on the heavenly realms, how to move into a new dimension, and what God is saying in those realms.  I would love to call this class, “Come Up Here!”, since that best represents what God is saying this year.  Come expecting to understand heaven’s realms in a different way.  We will also be entering into worship in this class as part of this month of advancing.

For those visiting, Glory of Zion is located on the corner of Dallas Drive and Teasley Lane in Denton, Texas.  If you are going North on I-35E from Dallas, exit at Teasley and turn right.  If you are driving South on I-35E, exit Teasley and turn left.  The church is located about a half mile on the right in the Woodhill Square Business Park.
