Dear Kingdom Seeker:
Bless you. This has been a wonderful week of seeking the Lord. Below, I have shared some on Hanukkah and the prayer of faith. I want to thank all of you for your support this year. We are just finishing mailing a gift to each of you who have supported this ministry this year. We have traveled to many states and sent teams to minister in many nations. You have helped us to help many less fortunate than ourselves. The Father has used you to help secure a place…the land for our future! Many ministries have benefitted. After reconciling our finances, we are now at the end of the last season. New supply must be released to each of us by faith. Please give as we enter this next season of building a model for the future so the Kingdom can advance in the earth. You may give by calling 1 (888) 965-1099 or 1 (940) 382-7231, or by going to our secure website.
Tomorrow (Saturday) night will be very special. Join us for The Portal Has Opened! Look Again: You Can SEE!!! This will be our Firstfruits, Hanukkah and Christmas Gathering. We will celebrate Firstfruits for the Hebraic month of Tevet. In addition to celebrating the end of Hanukkah, Tevet is the month of AYIN! This is a time to LOOK and LOOK AGAIN, and to war with the evil eye and break the power of evil watchers. This is a very special time of the year when we celebrate the LIGHT! Join us at 7:00 PM. Just come, or sign on the webcast! I will have a special gift for all who join us. If you are unable to join us tomorrow night, this gathering will be available on webcast replay through the end of next week.
On Sunday morning, we begin at 8:00 AM with the Power of Lift Service and then move into embracing the Word, experiencing His power, and seeing His demonstration. Allen Faubion will be ministering on ‘A Time to Believe: Fear Not!’ At 10:15 AM we continue with our “Power of Use” Service with more worship, followed by Robert Heidler teaching on ‘The Real Spirit of Christmas: Receive the Holy Spirit!’
The Prayer of Faith!
As we celebrate Hanukkah (see below), this is a time for our faith to be stirred so we pray in a new way. On Sunday morning, the Spirit of the Lord began to speak in a unique way. I believe this week we are not supposed to be asking the Lord how to move forward. I see this as a very specific 10 day period to refine our prayer life. Arise early, or participate in the night watch and ask these questions to the Lord:
The Lord is saying, “There is a mounting tension in that conflict that
you’ve been confronted with. But that mounting tension is creating a major
breakthrough on your behalf. So do not back up from the mounting tension.
Do not shrink back from the conflict, for the breakthrough will be great.
“Because you endured the trauma of your change, and because you’ve waited for Me, I will now rest a burning upon you. The way that needs to be cleared and burned for you in the next 10 days is now beginning to be prepared. The waiting has produced a burning. The burning has caused you to have an authority. So now watch Me take you into the place you’ve waited for. Yield the reins of your heart. Yield the reins and let Me draw you. The flame is beginning to rise up within you, for I have ways to be made. I have assignments to be handed forth. Yield your heart, for I will send some of you to an unusual place and there you will meet a need for Me. In meeting a need for Me, I will meet what you’ve been asking Me for.
“What is that you have faith for? What is it that you are not looking for Me to manifest around you? What is it that you have faith for? There is a prayer of faith to be prayed this week. Let Me give you the prayer of faith. What is it do you have faith for – a relationship? What is it that you are really going to pray the prayer of faith over this next week? This isn’t a week of anxiety praying. This isn’t a week of praying and striving. This is a week of the prayer of faith. Rise up, and in a moment when I call you forth, you will hear the one prayer that you pray and watch for Me to do. Listen for faith! Young people, pray for that one friend that I give you. Pray for that one friend to be drawn in. You’ll hear deep in your spirit and My faith will join with your decree. Many things will be placed on My altar, for the prayer of faith is a prayer that ascends and brings to Me the issue that I have revealed in your heart. The prayer of faith will make them well. The prayer of faith will make them well. I’m going to begin to restore the prayer of faith to My people.”
From Martin and Norma Sarvis in Israel: A TIME TO DEDICATE
Chanukah began on the night of December 11 this year. This Jewish feast celebrates the rededication of the Temple over 2160 years ago, when Israel was ruled by Antiochus IV Epiphanes, a Syrian King. This monarch was adamant that the Jews reject their God and their faith and adopt a Greek mindset. Jewish sacrifices and observances of such laws as circumcision, observance of the Sabbath and Biblical feasts were outlawed. He had a statue to Zeus erected in the Temple itself and profaned the holy altar by sacrificing a sow on it.
During this period of history, there was a family living outside of Jerusalem in Modiin. The father Mattathias was a priest, and he had five sons, one of whom was named Judah. This family refused to bow to the commands of Antiochus and, led by Judah, formed a revolt which reasserted the Jewish religion in large areas of ancient Israel. For his prowess Judah came to be called Maccabee, an Aramaic name meaning “The Hammer.” The name came to be applied also to his brothers, and eventually to all those who joined him in the battle. At the height of the revolt Jerusalem was taken, and the defiled Temple cleansed, and rededicated. An account of this victory, cleansing and dedication may be found in the apocryphal but historically respected Book of First Maccabees. Another account records how, during the cleansing, there was only enough sanctified oil available to burn for one night—yet on that tiny amount, the flame burned miraculously for eight days.
Hanukkah is the Hebrew word for “dedication” and there are some important principals related to dedication and that which precedes it in this story:
1. A CORPORATE HAMMER. “Then his son Judah called Maccabeus, rose up in his stead. And all his brethren helped him, and so did all they that held with his father, and they fought with cheerfulness the battle of Israel!” (I Maccabees 3:1-2). Being God’s ‘hammer’ is a corporate undertaking. Lone warriors cannot take on the enemy. We must learn to battle spiritually as ‘family’. Ephesians 6:10-18 is written in the plural to the corporate Body...not to individuals. The ‘hammer’ is corporate, and wearing down, crushing and breakthrough comes as we war, unified in our plurality!!! A popular Hanukkah song in Israel reads in English, “We have come to drive out darkness, in our hands light and fire; Each of us is a small light, but together we are a strong, steady light. Flee Darkness in the Blackness—flee from before the Light!”
2. PERSEVERANCE IN THE WAR. “So he fought many battles with them, til at length they were discomfited before him, and he smote them” (I Maccabees 5:7). The battle is not always short. The Maccabean wars lasted a long time—but in the end the Hasmonean dynasty was established which would oversee the Holy Land for over 100 years. In the book of Joshua we read that he warred for many years before he received the inheritance that was promised him. We must not grow weary in battle. “Joshua made war a long time with all those kings” (Joshua 11:18), but at last he “took the whole land according to all that the Lord had said to Moses; and Joshua gave it as an inheritance to Israel according to their divisions by their tries. Then the land rested from war” (Joshua 11:23).
3. CLEANSING WHAT IS TAKEN. “Then Judah appointed certain men to fight against those that were in the fortress, until he had cleansed the Sanctuary. So he chose priests of blameless conversation, such as had pleasure in the Torah. Who cleansed the Sanctuary and bore out the defiled stones into an unclean place (I Maccabees 4:41-43). Within and after battles it will often be necessary to cleanse what has been defiled. Sometimes the battle itself may constitute a form of “cleansing”. Joshua ‘utterly destroyed’ many cities (Joshua 11:20) before Israel could receive her inheritance and the “land rest from war”. Likewise with Hezekiah in 2 Chronicles 31:1,
“Now when all this was finished, all Israel who were present went out to the cities of Judah and broke the sacred pillars in pieces, cut down the wooden images, and threw down the high places and the altars—from all Judah, Benjamin, Ephraim, and Manasseh—until they had utterly destroyed them all. Then all the children of Israel returned to their own cities, every man to his possession”
4. CELEBRATION! “Look at what time, and what day the heathen had prophaned it, even in that was it dedicated with songs and cittherns, and harps and cymbals. Then all the people fell upon their faces, worshipping and praising the God of Heaven, who had given them good success” (I Maccabees 4:54-55). We celebrate His anointing as we dedicate and rededicate our lives, families, and homes to the Lord. Nehemiah did this when he was at last able to dedicate the wall,
“Now at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought out the Levites in all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem to celebrate the dedication with gladness, both with thanksgivings and singing, with cymbals and stringed instruments and harps” (Nehemiah 12:27).

Two Ways to Wear the Season!

The Spirit of the Lord will give you strength to endure your enemies. We
have developed this silver hammer which represents the Word of God that breaks
open the way for us to go forth in victory. Jeremiah 23:29 says that, “Is
my word not like a fire?’ says the Lord, ‘And like a hammer that breaks the
rock in pieces?’” The word Maccabee means “Hammer”. The Maccabees were
victorious in overthrowing their enemies and their oil did not run out until
the end of the celebration. Produced in Israel, this hammer is made of 925
Sterling Silver and will remind you that the word of the Lord can be trusted
to hammer out every rock of obstruction in you and in your path.
Special Price: $20 (regularly $25).
The Burning Bush Pendant (available in sterling silver with rhodium finish)

When God came down to deliver His people at Passover He began by revealing
His glory to Moses in the Burning Bush. The burning bush is a picture
of the heavenly Menorah, the 7-fold Spirit of God, which burns before the
Lord in the heavenly tabernacle (Rev. 4:5). At Pentecost, God again
revealed His glory to change the course of history. When the tongues of fire
came upon the Church at Pentecost, we became the "burning bush"
to reveal God's glory in the earth. 2 Cor. 4:7 says, "We hold this
treasure in earthen vessels that the surpassing greatness of the power may
be seen to be of Him." God wants us to receive His fire and display
His glory in the earth!
Choose from three sizes: Small Pendant with 18 inch chain ($20), Large Pendant with 18-inch chain ($25) or Large Pendant with 24-inch chain, also suitable for men. ($25)
